Looking for a hands-on Salesforce AI Builder / Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and productionize enterprise-grade AI, automation, and agentic solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will leverage Salesforce Data Cloud, Agentforce, Einstein AI, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integration capabilities to deliver scalable business solutions within the client AI Transformation Program.

Key Responsibilities

• Build end-to-end AI-powered business applications using Salesforce Agentforce, Einstein AI, Data Cloud, and the Salesforce Platform.
• Design and develop intelligent agents, copilots, case-assistance solutions, knowledge assistants, and workflow automation capabilities.
• Develop data ingestion, transformation, orchestration, prompt engineering, retrieval, and AI evaluation pipelines within Salesforce ecosystems.
• Build custom applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, Platform Events, and Salesforce APIs.
• Integrate Salesforce solutions with enterprise systems, APIs, Azure services, Databricks, healthcare platforms, and external AI services.
• Implement secure, scalable, and compliant solutions following healthcare and regulatory requirements.
• Develop CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, deployment automation, monitoring, and production support processes.
• Leverage Salesforce Data Cloud to unify customer, provider, claims, and operational data for AI-driven insights and decision-making.
• Collaborate directly with business stakeholders, architects, value engineers, and AI builders to translate business challenges into scalable Salesforce AI solutions.
• Support solution architecture, technical design reviews, and productionization initiatives across multiple workstreams.

Required Skills

Salesforce Platform

• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Platform Development.
• Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, SOSL, Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
• Experience developing custom Salesforce applications and enterprise integrations.

Pay: $61.00 - $73.46 per hour
