Rambus, a premier chip and silicon IP provider, is seeking to hire an exceptional Quality Engineer to join our IC Operations-Quality team in the USA. Candidates will be joining some of the brightest inventors and engineers in the world to develop products that make data faster and safer.

As a Quality Engineer, the candidate will be reporting to the QA Director and is a full-time position. We are looking for innovative, proactive, and experienced quality engineer to support customer quality and drive supplier quality to consistently meet Rambus and customer requirements.

Rambus offers a flexible work environment, embracing a hybrid approach for the majority of our office-based roles. We encourage employees to spend an average of at least three days per week working onsite, allowing for two days of remote work.

Responsibilities

* Coordinates customer requirements review with various teams to ensure Rambus has the capability and capacity to support the requirements. * Acts as the main day to day contact for customers on issues and requirements and collaborates with the internal teams and suppliers for a timely issue or request resolution. * Provides support and coordination of customer quality surveys and audits of Rambus or its suppliers. * Manages and supports customer’s new product approval process and requirements. * Direct interface and collaboration with suppliers to monitor and control supplier quality. * Manages the flow down of special requirements to suppliers and ensures consistent compliance. * Conducts supplier quality audits and periodic reviews, covering QMS and processes. * Drives supplier quality improvements through supplier audits, supplier quality reporting and corrective actions. * Drives suppl Qualifications ------------------

• BS Degree in an Engineering discipline.
