About the role The Operational Excellence Senior Finance Manager is a key member of the Refining, Biofuels & Hydrogen Finance Leadership Team. The role operates across the global portfolio to strategically support finance operational excellence across a broad range of finance projects and activities. Working closely with senior business and finance leaders, this role provides leadership across the portfolio to unlock business value and deliver operational excellence for Finance. Key Accountabilities Finance Leadership Act as a strategic partner to the VP Finance, supporting the development and execution of the Refining, Biofuels & Hydrogen finance strategy. Provide challenge, insight, and recommendations on commercial, strategic, and investment decisions to enhance value creation and capital efficiency as required. Support portfolio-wide interventions to address financial risks and performance gaps, and business opportunities. Operational Excellence Lead the development and execution of the Finance Refining, Biofuels and Hydrogen roadmap, delivering sustainable improvements in effectiveness, efficiency, and business value. Drive simplification, standardisation, and digital enablement of the Finance Refining, Biofuels and Hydrogen roadmap through the adoption of technology, analytics, and automation solutions.
