.NET Software Engineer

Integra Partners is seeking a Lead Full Stack Software Engineer (.NET) to drive the design, development, and evolution of our healthcare technology platform. This role goes beyond hands-on development—you will provide technical leadership, shape architecture decisions, mentor engineers, and ensure high-quality delivery across multiple initiatives.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

* Technical Leadership & Architecture + Lead the design and implementation of scalable, distributed, and cloud-native applications + Define and enforce software engineering standards and best practices + Drive adoption of microservices and event-driven architecture * Development & Delivery + Develop and maintain high-performance applications using .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core) + Build containerized, cloud-based services (Azure/Kubernetes) + Ensure systems are secure, scalable, and resilient + Complete projects on time as per sprint commitments and drive delivery * Production Support + Actively manage production issues and resolve in a timely manner + Create hotfixes and push to production * Data & Performance Engineering + Design and optimize complex SQL queries and schemas + Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and production issues * Team Leadership & Mentorship + Mentor engineers and conduct code reviews + Break down complex initiatives and guide execution * Collaboration & Execution + Work with stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions + Lead sprint planning and delivery commitments

REQUIREMENTS

* Strong ability to develop unique, outside the box ideas. * 7+ years of software development experience * Strong development experience in web development experience using ASP.NET MVC, C#. * Strong understanding of Functional and Object-Oriented Programming principles * Proficient in Microsoft Azure SQL Server or other relational databases with Strong development experience in SQL Server, including debugging and u
