MultiFamily Construction Controller

We are looking for an experienced Construction Controller versed in multi-family construction for a hybrid opportunity in the Indianapolis area.

Candidates must have..

• Experience directly with developers and GCs versus subcontractors.
• A strong leader who can mentor and develop a strong team as the company grows rapidly.
• Has experience overseeing and preparing monthly draw packages for construction and ownership draws
• Construction job costing (setup projects/monthly costing and maintenance)
• Lead construction and development closings
• Cash management and forecasting for developments
• Partner closely with Accounting and Finance teams
• AIA Billings/Lien releases
• Polished professional with strong communication

Pay: $125,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
