The Role

The GentleCloud™ Developer will design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack software supporting a cloud-based clinical data platform. This role will work across a TypeScript/React front end, NestJS/Node.js back end, and MySQL databases, with responsibilities spanning requirements, implementation, verification, and deployment.

Because the platform supports clinical workflows and patient data, this role requires a strong focus on accuracy, data integrity, traceability, security, and documentation. The GentleCloud™ Developer Developer will work closely with cross-functional teammembers to ensure software changes are appropriately specified, tested, documented, and released in accordance with our IEC 62304-aligned development practices.

What You Will Do

• Software Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy full-stack features using TypeScript, React, NestJS/Node.js, and MySQL, following established coding, testing, and code review practices.
• Database Integrity: Develop and maintain SQL queries and database functionality supporting clinical and approval workflows, with a strong focus on data integrity, auditability, security, and appropriate handling of patient data.
• Cloud Infrastructure Development & Deployment: Develop and support applications within the AWS environment, including EC2, S3, RDS (MySQL), CloudFro
