Job Description

We are looking or an experienced manager to lead a DevOps team of 10 people, responsible for the infrastructure, CI/CD, and reliability of our SaaS products on AWS and Azure. You will balance three things every week: growing the people on your team, shaping the technical direction of the platform, and staying close enough to the work to make good decisions. You will partner daily with Product, Engineering, and Security, and report to the Director of DevOps/ CloudOps .

This is a leadership role with real technical depth. If you want to manage without ever touching a Terraform plan again, this is not the right fit. If you want to build a team, own an environment, and still solve interesting infrastructure problems, keep reading.
