We are looking for a highly quantitative, strategic, and execution-oriented Growth Optimization - Lifecycle Marketing Manager to scale our rider and user retention ecosystem. This is not your typical high-level marketing role — it lives at the intersection of marketing analytics, data science, and user experience design.

In this role, you will be the absolute owner of our lifecycle ecosystem. You are someone who has deep marketing chops but thinks in data schemas, algorithmic allocation, and user states. You are equally comfortable sitting in strategic alignment meetings with executive stakeholders as you are writing HTML templates, configuring webhooks in Braze, and evaluating the reward functions of machine learning models. You look at our CRM not just as a messaging channel, but as a dynamic product feature powered by predictive analytics.

This is a remote position with a requirement for candidates to reside in the United States to maintain effective collaboration across teams.

What You’ll Do

• End-to-End Execution: Act as the single source of truth and ultimate driver for lifecycle campaigns — architecting the cross-channel strategy based on macro business goals, building out the complex workflows inside Braze, and owning the final data science analytics.
• Advanced Experimentation Design: Move beyond simple A/B testing. Design, execute, and measure sophisticated Multi-Armed Bandit (MAB) experiments to dynamically optimize content, send-times, and offer allocations based on real-time user feedback loops.
