Role Overview

Cymbiotika is seeking a strategic, highly organized, and customer-focused Lifecycle Marketing Manager to help execute and evolve our owned-channel marketing program across email, SMS, push notifications, and future CRM channels.

This role will partner closely with the Director of Lifecycle Marketing to turn business objectives into thoughtful customer experiences that improve engagement, retention, subscription performance, customer lifetime value, and overall satisfaction. The ideal candidate combines strong executional discipline with analytical thinking, sound creative judgment, and a genuine interest in building stronger customer relationships.

This highly cross-functional role works closely with our lifecycle marketing agency and internal teams across Brand, Creative, Ecommerce, Product Marketing, Customer Experi
