Lead Security Engineer

Raptive is looking for a Lead Security Engineer to join our team. In this player/coach role, you will lead and help build the security engineering capability with end-to-end ownership of how we secure the applications we deliver and the platform and infrastructure they run on. You will pair hands-on technical judgment with clear direction, helping Raptive move quickly while protecting the systems and trust that underpin our business.

Working closely with SRE, product, and engineering, you will shape and execute our security engineering strategy, roadmap, and operating model. You will turn technical risk into practical priorities, measurable improvements, and clear decisions for engineering leaders and executives while directly contributing to the architecture, controls, and operating practices that make our platform resilient, observable, scalable, and secure.

You lead with integrity, communicate clearly, and bring empathy to the engineers and partners you work with.
