Purpose of Your Work

As Lead Data Engineer working within Shared Services (one of our entities),you will be responsible for leading a team of data engineers working on designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data pipelines, a data vault, and various data warehouses and marts. You will work with stakeholders across all departments to deliver key metrics across a variety of functional areas, as well as participate in establishing data strategy.

How You Make a Difference Everyday

• Lead and mentor a team of data engineers, providing guidance, support, and technical expertise
• Manage backlog grooming, sprint planning, and prioritization activities for data engineering projects
• Collaborate with business and technical leaders to set and execute both strategic and tactical initiatives
• Stay current with emerging trends and technologies in data engineering. Identify and evaluate new platforms and tools to enhance the tech stack and improve data infrastructure and processes
• Design, develop, and maintain robust data pipelines from various TMS and other data
