The Head of Commercial Analytics will lead the use of commercial analytics and AI- enabled insight generation to support product launches , in-market performance, and pipeline planning across argenx US Commercialization . The role will leverage enterprise data, platforms, and capabilities to translate complex information into practical decision support for US Commercial leaders and teams , driving stronger organizational impact and amplifying argenx’s ability to improve patient outcomes .

Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities

• Drive commercial decision -making , performance management , and business planning across argenx US Commercialization by leveraging data management , AI enablement , and self -serve analytics capabilities as critical enablers .
• Inspire, coach, manage and develop employees to achieve and grow as individuals and a cohesive team
• Effectively manage external vendor relationships to ensure high - quality , actionable deliverables that support US Commercialization priorities .
