Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Architect with strong AI expertise to design and lead the development of scalable, secure, and cloud-native applications. This role will define the end-to-end architecture across front-end, back-end, data, cloud, and AI layers while providing technical leadership to engineering teams.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience building modern full-stack platforms and integrating generative AI, large language models, intelligent agents, machine learning services, and enterprise data sources into production applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Define the end-to-end architecture for enterprise web, mobile, and AI-powered applications.

- Design scalable front-end, back-end, API, data, integration, and cloud architectures.

- Build and integrate generative AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, AI agents, embeddings, and vector databases.

- Evaluate and select appropriate AI models, frameworks, cloud services, and development platforms.

- Develop architecture standards, reusable components, technical patterns, and engineering best practices.

- Design secure REST, GraphQL, event-driven, and microservices-based integrations.

- Lead technical design sessions, architecture reviews, code reviews, and proof-of-concept development.

- Establish AI governance practices covering model security, data privacy, hallucination reduction, observability, and responsible AI.

- Partner with product, business, data science, UX, security, and DevOps teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.

- Guide development teams throughout implementation, testing, deployment, and production support.

- Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and cloud infrastructure costs.

Required Qualifications

- 10+ years of software engineering experience, including 3+ years in an architect or technical leadership role.

- Strong experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React, Next.js, Angular, or Vue.js.

- Advanced back-end development experience with Node.js, Java, Python, .NET, or similar technologies.

- Experience designing microservices, APIs, distributed systems, and event-driven architectures.

- Hands-on experience with generative AI technologies, including:

- Large language models and prompt engineering

- Retrieval-Augmented Generation

- AI agents and workflow orchestration

- Embeddings and vector databases

- Model evaluation, monitoring, and guardrails

- Experience with AI platforms and frameworks such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, or similar tools.

- Strong cloud experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

- Experience with relational and NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, or Elasticsearch.

- Knowledge of containerization, Kubernetes, CI/CD, infrastructure automation, and DevSecOps practices.

- Strong understanding of application security, identity management, OAuth, SSO, RBAC, and data privacy.

- Excellent communication, documentation, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.

Pay: $90.00 - $100.00 per hour
