Job Summary We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Financial Controller to oversee our organization’s financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial accounting processes, leading accounting teams, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and providing insightful financial analysis. This role requires a strong technical background in accounting, proficiency with spreadsheets, and the ability to interpret complex financial data to support strategic decision-making.

Duties

• Oversee and manage all aspects of financial accounting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial statements and reports.
• Lead and supervise accounting teams to maintain high standards of financial record-keeping and reporting.
• Develop, implement, and monitor internal controls to ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards.
• Conduct detailed financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost savings or revenue enhancement.
• Ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures across the organization.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technical accounting standards and ensure organizational compliance.
• Prepare and review spreadsheets for budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting purposes.
• Collaborate with other departments to support strategic planning and operational efficiency through accurate financial insights.

Pay: $122,300.00 - $139,500.00 per year
