The role

This is a builder's role, not a caretaker's. Today our books are handled by an outsourced firm. You will transition the close in-house, inherit and enhance the existing systems and controls, and own the numbers end to end. You'll manage a Staff Accountant and an AR Specialist, partner closely with our CEO on FP&A and cash strategy, and be the person our lenders rely on for accurate, timely, decision-ready financials. What you'll own

• Full ownership of the monthly and annual close, general ledger, and financial statements
• Compliance with GAAP and applicable regulatory requirements
• Migration of the close from our outsourced firm in-house, including 1–2 parallel close cycles to ensure nothing slips
• Accounts receivable, accounts payable, and billing operations oversight,
