Federal Solutions Architect (Growth & Capture)

Overview

TISTA Science and Technology Corporation, a leading Federal Government contractor, is seeking a highly skilled Federal Solutions Architect to join our Growth Team. This role serves as a critical technical advisor supporting business development, capture, proposal, and pricing efforts across Federal opportunities. This role partners with Growth, Capture, Proposal, and Executive Leadership teams to design innovative, customer-focused solutions that differentiate TISTA and contribute directly to contract wins. The ideal candidate possesses a blend of technical depth, Federal acquisition knowledge, proposal expertise, and customer engagement experience.

Working closely with Capture Managers, Business Development Leaders, Proposal Managers, Pricing Teams, and Executive Leadership, the Pre-Sales Solutions Architect will develop winning technical strategies, solution architectures, and proposal content for Federal Government opportunities. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling, competitive solutions while supporting strategic growth initiatives.
