The role will be responsible for driving the execution of key business priorities, coordinating complex cross-functional initiatives, and identifying opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve productivity, scalability, and operational efficiency.

This individual will serve as a central point of coordination across Front Office, Risk, Operations, Finance, Compliance, Technology, and external stakeholders, while also helping to establish and advance the Equities AI and automation agenda.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Project Delivery

• Drive execution of strategic Equities initiatives across Financing, Derivatives, and broader Equities businesses.
• Develop and manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communications.
• Establish and oversee project governance, status reporting, action tracking, and escalation processes.
• Proactively drive project execution, resolve issues, and manage risks to ensure initiatives are delivered on time.
• Partner with senior business stakeholders to translate strategic objectives into executable workstreams

AI & Business Transformation

• Identify and drive opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and workflow optimization across the Equities franchise.
• Partner with business and technology teams to develop and implement AI-enabled solutions.
• Evaluate and prioritize AI use cases based on business impact and return on investment.
• Support adoption of AI tools that improve front-office productivity, client servicing, workflow efficiency, and operating leverage.
• Establish a pipeline of automation and transformation initiatives aligned to Equities strategic objectives.
