About the Role

The Enterprise Account Manager is an individual contributor responsible for the retention, expansion, and long-term performance of Happen Bank's named national and enterprise Purchase Finance accounts. You will own the partner relationship from post-sale handoff and launch through adoption, optimization, renewal, and growth.

You will serve as a strategic advisor to executive and operational stakeholders, build account plans that connect partner priorities to measurable business outcomes, and coordinate cross-functional execution across the full partner lifecycle. Success requires executive presence, analytical discipline, strong follow-through, and the ability to resolve complex issues while protecting the customer experience and Happen Bank's business interests.What You'll Do ------------------
