About Us

Juventas Health Management is the management company behind three fast-growing, physician-owned healthcare brands: DermRay, Healios Therapeutics, and Western Radiation Oncology. Together, we deliver non-invasive treatment programs across dermatology, pain management, and urology specialty practices at 90+ locations nationwide. As we scale across multiple entities, states, and payers, we're building a finance function to match, and this role will lead it.

Position Summary

We're looking for a hands-on Director of Finance who is hungry, sharp, and ready to build. This isn't a role for someone who wants everything already structured. It's for someone who enjoys a challenge, sees a gap and closes it, and wants to make a real impact.

Reporting directly to our CEO, you'll lead day-to-day finance and accounting across our entities. You'll manage a team of three senior accountants and hire and build out a U.S.-based Accounting Manager role reporting to you. You'll own the close, get our cash flow under control, and build the processes and controls a growing company needs. This role offers real ownership from day one and room to grow with the company.

What You'll Be Doing

Accounting & Close

• Own the monthly close and deliver accurate, timely financial statements across multiple entities
• Build and enforce accounting policies
• Oversee fixed assets, accruals, and intercompany accounting

Cash Flow

• Own cash flow forecasting and day-to-day cash management
• Support banking relationships

Team Leadership

• Lead and develop a team of three senior accountants
• Hire and manage a U.S.-based Accounting Manager

AP, AR & Revenue

• Oversee the AP and AR cycles
• Manage collections and AR aging
• Partner with billing and operations teams on revenue cycle performance and reimbursement

Payroll & Tax

• Oversee multi-state payroll in partnership with HR
• Coordinate multi-state tax compliance with external advisors

Controls & Policies

• Build and enforce financial controls and policies (expense, procurement, vendor management)
• Identify process gaps and fix them as the company scales

FP&A

• Lead the annual budget and forecasts
• Deliver monthly Budget vs. Actual reporting and variance analysis
• Maintain KPI reporting for leadership

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive, hands-on finance and accounting experience
• Healthcare finance experience, ideally in multi-location medical or dental operations
• Strong monthly close and multi-entity accounting experience
• Cash flow forecasting and management experience
• Payroll experience, ideally multi-state
• Experience leading or developing a team
• A builder who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment, takes ownership, and leads without needing direction
• Ability to explain financials clearly to non-finance leaders

Nice to Have

• Experience at a fast-growing or scaling company
• Familiarity with Medicare or healthcare revenue cycle

Pay: $150,000.00 - $170,000.00 per year
