Director of Estimating

Overview: POSITION SUMMARY: The Director of Estimating reports to the Senior Director of Estimating and will be responsible for estimates within their Service Line. The Director of Estimating is responsible for assisting the Sr Director of Estimating to oversee the company’s estimating function. In this role the Director helps develop policies and procedures related to the bid process and manages the process to gain final approval for submission of bids and proposals. Manages a portion of the estimating staff to ensure that bids are created, reviewed, and closed out in a timely manner. The Director of Estimating works closely with the Operations Directors to ensure that operational needs are included in the bid approach. Expected travel is between 25% – 50 %. Company Overview
