What You'll Do
As our Director of Marketing Operations, you will own the systems, data, and insights that power marketing at Edmentum. You will lead the modernization of our marketing technology stack, bring AI and intelligent automation into how the function operates, and build the team and analytics that guide marketing investment across the company. If you love turning complex operations into a scalable, data-driven capability, this role gives you the platform to do it.
In this role you will
- Build, coach, and lead a talented team of marketing operations and analytics professionals
- Own the strategy and direction of our marketing technology stack, including Marketo, LeanData, Salesforce, Demandbase, Power BI, and GA4
- Champion AI-enabled tools and intelligent automation that transform how marketing works
- Set the standards for lead lifecycle, data governance, and attribution across the funnel
- Direct analytics and reporting that shape marketing strategy and influence executive decisions
- Partner with Revenue Operations, Sales, Finance, and IT to connect marketing strategy to revenue results
- Lead experimentation and continuous improvement that raise the bar for how marketing operates
Who You Are
- You have 10 or more years of experience in marketing operations, marketing analytics, or revenue operations, including 2 or more years leading people.
- You have a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- You are a proven builder of high-performing marketing operations or analytics teams.
- You have deep expertise in Marketo or comparable marketing automation platforms; Marketo certification is a plus.
- You are energized by AI-driven marketing technologies and know how to bring predictive scoring, generative AI workflows, and intelligent automation into a team responsibly.
- You have owned marketing technology budgets and vendor relationships, including contract negotiations and renewals.
- You are fluent in Salesforce, lead lifecycle architecture, routing, scoring, and SLA governance, with working knowledge of ABM and intent platforms.
- You have strong command of BI tools such as Looker, Power BI, or Tableau, and you are comfortable working in SQL.
- You have a solid grounding in attribution modeling, funnel analytics, forecasting, and experimentation design.
- You are a clear communicator who can influence executives and turn analytics into business narratives.
- You are comfortable leading through ambiguity and balancing hands-on leadership with strategic execution.
- You are willing to take on evolving responsibilities based on business needs.

Actual compensation will be determined based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, relevant experience and skill sets. All compensation decisions are individualized and based on the specific circumstances of each candidate.
