We support you throughout the job-search and interview process, including

• Identifying relevant opportunities
• Submitting job applications
• Coordinating interviews
• Supporting scheduling and communication

Once you receive and accept a job offer, you will work directly with the client/company as the primary point of contact. Your responsibilities may include daily stand-ups, team meetings, onboarding, client communication, and project discussions.

For project-related technical work, you will also be connected with a member of our global talent team to discuss project requirements, assigned tasks, client requests, and technical implementation.

In simple terms, you work directly with the US client/company while our global team provides additional project support behind the scenes.

Compensation

Our collaboration uses a 50/50 compensation structure:

50% of the position's compensation goes to you, and 50% goes to Talsolution.

The Talsolution portion covers job sourcing, application support, interview coordination, client communication, and ongoing collaboration support.

The exact compensation depends on the position, client, and offer. The compensation structure will be discussed and confirmed before you proceed with an opportunity.

Candidate Requirements

• Must be a US citizen or Green Card holder
• Must currently reside in the United States
• Strong professional experience in your specialization
• Good English communication skills
• Comfortable communicating directly with US-based clients/companies
• Available for full-time professional engagement
• Comfortable working remotely and participating in professional meetings
