Job Title: Controller Hiring Range: $110,000 to $135,000 DOE

POSITION SUMMARY The Controller is responsible for overseeing all accounting and financial operations of the organization, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting, compliance with regulatory requirements, and the effectiveness of internal controls. This role helps manage day-to-day accounting functions while providing financial leadership, operational insight, and strategic support to executive management. The Controller directs accounting operations including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, inventory accounting, fixed assets, cash management, financial reporting, budgeting support, and audit coordination. The position also plays a key role in process improvement, ERP optimization, and financial planning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities Financial Management & Reporting* Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. * Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end close processes. * Maintain integrity of the general ledger and supporting reconciliations. * Analyze financial results, variances, trends, and operational performance. * Prepare financial reports and presentations for executive leadership. * Support cash flow management and financial forecasting activities.
