NTT DATA is seeking a highly motivated, senior operator to serve as Chief of Staff to the Executive Managing Director, North America Partner Growth. This high-visibility role provides operating leverage to the Executive Managing Director by driving leadership cadence, governance, executive readiness, decision follow-through, and cross-tower alignment across the North America Partner Growth operating model.

The successful candidate will bring a strong combination of business operations, executive communications, program management, stakeholder orchestration, and organizational effectiveness experience. This individual will help ensure priorities are clear, decisions are documented, actions are tracked, and the work of Partner Sales, Partner Execution Insights, and Strategy Solutioning stays connected without duplicating the accountable work of those towers.

This role requires exceptional judgment, executive presence, operational discipline, and the ability to synthesize complex inputs into clear priorities, decisions, communications, and follow-through mechanisms for senior leadership.

Job Responsibilities Include

Leadership Operating Cadence Governance

• Own and manage the operating cadence for the Executive Managing Director, North America Partner Growth, including leadership meetings, decision forums, operating reviews, and executive follow-up.
• Ensure meetings are purpose-built, materials are decision-ready, actions are captured, and owners are accountable for timely follow-through.
• Maintain governance mechanisms that create visibility, reduce duplication, and reinforce clear ownership across the Partner Growth operating model.
