*What You Will Be Doing:*

Client Management

• Owns client relationships and serves as the day-to-day lead across multiple small accounts or large workstreams.
• Manages timelines and deliverables for multiple clients with minimal oversight, proactively addresses issues, and builds trusted client partnerships.

Paid Advertising Specific

• Media Strategy & Planning: Leads strategic development of integrated paid media plans across multiple clients. Translates business goals and audience insights into high-impact channel strategies. Oversees platform selection, budget allocation, and measurement frameworks to ensure performance and ROI. Mentors team and drives innovation in paid media tactics.
• Direct Response Campaign Development: Designs and executes high-performing fundraising campaigns across digital channels with focus on donor acquisition, conversion rate optimization, and maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS).
• Campaign Execution & Finance Operations: Oversees junior staff in campaign execution while also being able to jump in and directly launch and optimize campaigns as needed. Brings a proactive, strategic mindset to campaigns from launches to mid stream optimizations to wrap. Manages finance ops p
