Reporting to the Director of Treasury, the Associate Director of Treasury will assist in overseeing DFCI’s treasury function. This individual will interface with the department of accounting, budget, accounts payable, special funds, payroll, and financial planning. The Associate Director will also assist the Director of Treasury in long-term capital planning and the Institute’s $3-4 billion investment program. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee all aspects of cash and liquidity management, treasury management system (Kyriba), banking relationships, bank service fees, and general operations.
• Manage debt issuance due diligence, analytics related to refunding and line of credit renewals, assuring an appropriate level of funding and competitive pricing.
• Develop, refine and maintain a cash forecasting model to anticipate and manage daily cash balances and to identify long term cash requirements.
