Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for AI initiatives, including scope definition, scheduling, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams comprising data scientists, software engineers, IT infrastructure specialists, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• Develop detailed project plans utilizing tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, TFS (Team Foundation Server), and VersionOne; monitor progress and adjust plans proactively.
• Manage project lifecycle activities aligned with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge), Agile practices like Scrum and Kanban, as well as Waterfall methodologies when appropriate.
• Oversee requirements gathering sessions, define test cases, facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensure quality assurance standards are met through rigorous testing protocols.
• Coordinate enterprise software implementation efforts across cloud computing platforms such as AWS (Amazon Web Services), ensuring compliance with IT governance and disaster recovery policies.
